Our Client is looking for someone hungry and passionate about their craft - someone who wants to be on a winning team that has been rapidly growing.
** previous Multi Family Construction experience would be preferred but not required **
Responsibilities
Previous Job Cost Accounting experience
Previous Construction accounting experience
Handle all day to day accounting functions.
Strong Reconciliation experience
Enter Journal Entries in General Ledger.
Month End Close
Reviews accounts receivable aging for delinquencies, cash applications
Preparation of Bank Reconciliations.
Prepares balance sheet tie-out to balance the general ledger and management systems.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
4+ years of experience in a Property or Real Estate Accounting
