  • Requirements Gathering: Conduct stakeholder interviews, map processes, and identify gaps.
  • Create Deliverables: Develop user stories, process maps, and other project-level client deliverables.
  • Functional Testing: Contribute to testing and quality assurance.
  • Collaborative Delivery: Work with product managers, strategists, technical consultants, UX designers, visual designers, developers, and QA teams.
