As Sr. Director Product Management, you will be responsible for leading G2M activities on product level, management of product lifecycle in commercialization phase and pricing strategy. Does this sound exciting? If so, please apply today! In your new role you will:

  • Manage product lifecycle in commercialization phase and contribute to product roadmap
  • Develop product forecasts and monitor financial performance
  • Define final market introduction plan, drive market introduction and lead G2M activities on product level by deploying via Product Management (Regional)
  • Update (decide & execute final) pricing strategy and pricing guideline, manage and refine operative pricing guideline / corridor and manage quoting, define Volume Purchase Agreements (VPA) pricing guideline and limits
  • Contribute to Product Marketing for product strategy and Bluebook preparation
  • Update Business Case

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Minimum of 15 years of product management experience in the power semiconductors industry
  • Technical background in power semiconductors
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Proven ability to develop and execute go-to-market strategies
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
  • Are a self-driver, self-motivated, enthusiastic, dynamic, adaptable, and organized with good attention to detail

Wage range that the company expects to pay for a qualified candidate:

Minimum of $184,480 salary per year

Maximum of $253,660 salary per year

In addition, all employees will be eligible to participate in an incentive plan.
