This leadership role is accountable for overseeing the Professional Services practice, ensuring the successful delivery of client engagements. It supports the strategic vision of the Enterprise Solutions Department, aligning project outcomes with company goals and values.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Lead the Professional Services practice to ensure client satisfaction and successful solution delivery.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance departmental standards, processes, and training.
Develop and maintain standards for consistent service delivery.
Ensure projects are completed within schedule and budgetary constraints.
Serve as a point of escalation for customer issues related to Professional Services.
Collaborate with sales and business development teams in responding to RFPs.
Manage financial forecasting, planning, and budgeting for the practice.
Communicate financial trends and issues proactively to departmental leadership and finance.
Research and implement best practices in Professional Services operations to optimize efficiency.
Contribute actively to the Professional Services Leadership Team, providing necessary data and expertise.
Provide leadership, mentoring, and supervision to Services Directors in alignment with company strategy and values.
Participate in hiring and disciplinary actions as needed.
Conduct performance evaluations for team members.
Minimum Qualifications (education And Experience)
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (10+ years) in Professional Services disciplines.
