Senior Director Biostatistics

RBW is thrilled to partner with a leading clinical-stage biotech company dedicated to delivering best-in-class monoclonal antibodies.

As the first in-house hire, the Senior Director of Biostatistics will be responsible for executing and overseeing all statistical activities in ongoing trials. This collaborative role involves working closely with internal and external partners to guide strategic decisions related to the statistical aspects of clinical development plans.

We are looking for candidates who possess:

• Strong IND SAP experience and the ability to work effectively with regulatory authorities
• Experience with interim analysis
• Demonstrated leadership ability
• A background in Rare Disease clinical research
• Proficiency in multiple statistical software and good SAS programming practices
• Excellent communication skills
