We seek for our client a passionate Senior Architectural Designer who is looking to grow with a fast-growing firm. Our client is looking to take on the best talent in the industry. Key Responsibilities
Day-to-day production on specific projects to meet deadlines accurately
Reviewing shop drawings, project submittals, etc. for document compliance; documenting code review and compliance; communicating and coordinating with management, clients, consultants, and contractors related to daily business operations
Guide, support, and manage job captain(s), designers, and intern(s) duties to ensure accurate preparation of project construction documents and communication with and coordination of the preparation of documents with consultants, contractors, and team members
Troubleshooting production issues may require visiting the city/clients as necessary
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Interior Design or Architecture
5+ years of professional experience in hospitality, and multifamily projects
Ability to use Revit, AutoCAD, Photoshop, In Design, MS Office Products
Advanced knowledge of architectural/interior finishes, lighting, millwork/case goods to carryout design intent
Ability to assist with design team management with a collaborative leadership style that puts value on relationships, both internal and external as well as ensures high-quality design
Exceptional graphic presentation, oral and written communication skills
Ability to communicate effectively in client executive-level meetings and in writing
Ability to develop and complete projects without continued direct supervision
