We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented senior accountant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations. Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Compute and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting, and other tax requirements.
• Analyze business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations, to project future revenues, expenses, and advice management.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll transactions.
• Conduct financial audits and recommend process improvements.
• Develop, maintain, and analyze budgets, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted to actual costs.
• Survey operations to ascertain accounting needs and to recommend, develop, and maintain solutions to business and financial problems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support financial reporting and decision-making processes.
• Stay updated with accounting principles and regulations to ensure compliance.
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or in Business with a concentration in accounting.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting roles in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in accounting and ERP software (e.g., QuickBooks, E2 JobBoss).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
