As a Security Solutions Advisor, you will be responsible for understanding our clients' security needs and recommending the appropriate products and services to meet those needs. You will serve as a trusted advisor, helping clients enhance their security posture and achieve their business objectives.
Requirements
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Client Consultation
Engage with clients to understand their network security requirements and challenges.
Conduct security assessments and provide recommendations tailored to client needs.
Develop and present customized security solutions, including product demonstrations and assist with proof of concept.
Solution Design
Design comprehensive security solutions that integrate various vendor products and services.
Collaborate with vendor and internal technical teams to ensure the proposed solutions are feasible and effective.
Prepare detailed proposals and documentation outlining the solution, benefits, and implementation plan.
Sales Support
Assist the sales team with technical expertise during the sales process.
Provide training and support to sales representatives on security products and services.
Participate in client meetings and calls to address technical questions and concerns.
Product Expertise
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of network security products, services, and industry trends.
Conduct research to stay informed about emerging security threats and solutions.
Develop and deliver informational materials for clients and internal teams.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
Provide ongoing support to client’s post-implementation to ensure the success of security solutions and services.
Gather feedback from clients to improve product offerings, services, and client experience.
Education/Training/Experience
JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
6+ years of experience in network security, cybersecurity, or a related role.
Strong understanding of network security products and technologies, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and endpoint protection.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH) are a plus.
