Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled SAP Basis Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and be capable of managing various SAP systems. This role requires expertise in system administration, configuration, and support for SAP environments. The candidate must demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, communication abilities, and the capacity to work in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

• System Administration
• Manage and monitor SAP systems (Cloud ALM, Signavio, Ariba, Solution Manager).
• Perform installations, configurations, and upgrades for SAP systems.
• Maintain system integrity, availability, and performance.
• Implementation and Support:
• Provide technical support for BTP/Clean Core implementation projects.
• Support migration, security, and control activities.
• Manage SUM/Upgrade processes and provide ongoing support.
• Technical Skill Development:
• Continuously improve technical skills and knowledge related to SAP Basis.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and best practices.
• Communication and Leadership:
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Exhibit leadership qualities in managing projects and guiding team members.

Requirements:

• Strong technical skills in SAP Basis administration.
• Experience with Cloud ALM, Signavio, Ariba, and Solution Manager.
• Proficiency in BTP/Clean Core implementation, migration, and security control.

Experience:

• 10+ years of previous experience in supporting SAP basis projects.
• Ability to manage new product implementation projects.

Skills:

• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage interviews and assessments effectively.
• Leadership qualities to guide and support team members.
• Overall technical skill rating should be above average.
• Specific ratings for Cloud ALM, Signavio, Ariba, and Solution Manager should be high.
• Clear and effective communication skills.
• Ability to lead projects and manage team dynamics.
• Demonstrates a positive attitude towards learning and collaboration.

Candidates with strong communication skills and a solid understanding of SAP Basis administration are preferred. Experience in managing and supporting SAP projects is crucial. Candidates should exhibit leadership qualities and a positive attitude toward continuous learning and improvement.
