We are looking for an experienced Sales Project Manager to oversee our upcoming projects. The ideal candidate should have solid project management, as well as understanding of the sales process and customer service.
Position Overview: The Sales Project Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and managing projects to ensure successful completion within allocated time and budget. This position requires strong technical and organizational skills, as well as the capacity to work with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage project plans and timelines for each assigned project.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful execution of projects.
Manage project budget and resources, and provide regular updates to leadership.
Ensure projects remain on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards.
Help resolve project-related issues or disputes that may arise between stakeholders.
Plan and coordinate quality assurance testing processes.
Prepare and deliver regular project updates to stakeholders.
Identify potential risks or areas of improvement for each project.
Qualifications
3+ years of relevant experience in project management.
Background knowledge of doors, specifically on the commercial side.
Knowledge of the sales process and customer service.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
