Sales Operations Manager

  • Develop and implement sales strategies and processes to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
  • Manage the sales forecasting process, including gathering input from sales team members, analyzing data, and preparing forecasts
  • Monitor sales performance and key metrics, and provide regular reports and insights to senior management
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to develop annual sales plans and budgets
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to streamline sales operations
  • Manage the sales pipeline and CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
  • Provide training and support to sales team members on sales processes, tools, and systems
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales operations


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or life sciences related field required
  • Over 3 years of sales operation experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written presentation skills in English
  • Passion for working in the life-science sector
