As a Restoration Technician, you will be responsible for assessing damage, drying and cleaning affected areas, removing and replacing damaged materials. We need enthusiastic people who are flexible to show up for emergency calls and are willing to learn. Previous experience in this industry is preferred, but not required.
What You’ll Do….
Assess water damage and set up required equipment
Use equipment to perform water extraction and drying
Taking measurements and readings
Demolish and remove damaged materials, such as drywall, insulation or flooring
Trash removal, moving of room contents
Utilize power tools and hand tools to clean and rebuild damaged areas
Conduct carpet cleaning and other restoration-related activities
Follow all safety protocols during all restoration procedures
What you’ll need…
Positive attitude and ability to take direction
HS diploma or equivalent
Ability to lift and move heavy objects
Reliable transportation to show up to work on time
Willingness to work overtime if needed
Valid driver's license and ability to pass a motor vehicle records check (if you would like to be considered as a driver for a company vehicle)
Pass a criminal background check – no convictions
Pass a drug screen (does not include THC)
Must be willing to wear PPE when required (Tyvek suit, mask, gloves, etc...)
Must have some phone skills (for email, texting, taking pictures, etc.)
