Job Summary

The Residential Case Manager is solely responsible for providing direct support to survivors of sex trafficking and exploitation in our residential program.

Essential Duties

  • Facilitate all assessments, treatment planning and support services for survivors of sex trafficking to include, but not limited to legal, education, child welfare, medical, housing, and mental health.
  • Assist in obtaining vital records, such as birth certificates, drivers license, social security card, for survivors.
  • Provide necessary transportation for survivors of sex trafficking to and from a variety of places including, but not limited to, places of employment, medical appointments, classes, and community resources.
  • Collaborate on Employment Empowerment Workshops with survivors.
  • Provide continuity of care with graduates for up to 1 year post graduation.
  • Facilitate and/or attend meetings and trainings as needed.
  • Document survivor services information to the database.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education And/or Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Social Work, Criminology, or other behavioral science, or lived experienced or work experience will be accepted in lieu of education.
  • Participate in continuing education standards including a minimum of eight hours training per year in trauma, substance abuse, and sex trafficking.
  • Experience in a licensed substance abuse treatment program, trauma-informed care program, post-traumatic stress program OR any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
  • Experience working with survivors of sex trafficking is preferred.
  • Experience working in cross-cultural settings.
  • Clean driving record.
