Job Summary
The Clinical Research Team is seeking a dynamic, collaborative, and detail-oriented Research Assistant to join the Adolescent Trials Network for HIV Interventions (ATN) project. In this role you will coordinate and support ATN scientific working groups and protocol development teams. You will collaborate with project leads to develop agendas, schedule meetings, prepare and distribute meeting materials, create, and update meeting distribution lists, and draft, finalize, and distribute meeting summaries. The Research Assistant will also create, organize, and manage the shared group folders in the Box GxP document management system.
A hybrid work arrangement with 1-2 days on-site at our Rockville, MD office is preferred, remote work arrangements will be considered.
Job Responsibilities
Ability to draft and maintain work instructions, study procedures and other study materials.
Experience managing multiple tasks and prioritizing competing deadlines.
Review investigative site documents for study activation.
Perform data entry and quality control checks.
Basic Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in life sciences or a public health related field.
Experience with Microsoft products including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and online collaboration tools.
Preferred Qualifications
Candidates with an interest in supporting clinical research, particularly research in adolescent HIV prevention and treatment.
Experience writing meeting summaries.
Experience with Box or similar product.
Minimum Qualifications
Demonstrated communication skills.
Collaboration with teams, managers, and/or clients.
Organization skills, including time management ability.
