We are seeking an energetic and dynamic individual with a passion for working with people, to join our Corporate Human Resources team. As RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST you will handle the full recruiting life cycle across our Americas operations (U.S., Canada, Latin America), including sourcing, screening candidates, interviewing, and selecting top candidates for various positions (salaried and hourly), together with the onboarding process. This is a full-time position to be based at our corporate campus, 20 minutes North of Pittsburgh International Airport. What You Will Do
Develop and implement creative recruiting campaigns, leveraging social media and networking activities
Attend career fairs (including High School and College outreach)
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand departmental needs and assist in crafting accurate job descriptions and understanding candidate profiles
Ensure recruiting processes are fully compliant with country, state, federal, local laws, and company policies.
Conduct preliminary interviews, maintain candidate information, and provide timely feedback to hiring managers and candidates
Coordinate interview schedules, facilitate the final evaluation process, and prepare offer letters
Manage applicant tracking system (ATS)
Manage pre/post-hire processes including appropriate employment checks and background checks.
Ensure completeness and accuracy of personnel files and input new hire data into HRIS system
Prepare new hire training schedules and conduct new hire orientations
Administer and review new employee feedback surveys
Support Talent Acquisition and Development Manager and HR team with various projects
Required Experience
Recruitment experience is essential
Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws is essential
Experience with HRIS and ATS systems
Experience with career fairs is a plus
Digital and social media experience is a plus
Confident, effective and engaging presenter
Strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple priorities effectively and independently
High levels of self-motivation, initiative, idea-driven, and problem-solving mindset
High attention to detail and accuracy is critical
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
High ethical standards, integrity, and confidentiality
Proficient in MS Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Associates Degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related areas preferred, or minimum completed high school with applicable work experience
