About the Role~

As a Quality Co-Op, you will receive and disposition warranty returns accordingly, including but not limited to~ engineering analysis, part tracking, database management, claim data analysis, and trend analysis.

We are seeking candidates available for a Fall/Winter 2024 Co-Op (August/September 2024 through December 2024).

Responsibilities~

• Receive incoming warranty parts, tag parts with correct serial number, and disposition them in warranty database within 24 hours to meet Valeo V5000 standard,
• Conduct level 1 testing on returned warranty parts and create presentations summarizing the analysis on each return,
• Manage communication and shipping of warranty claims that have failed due to supplier components,
• Maintain and update warranty database in a timely manner with results from level 1 testing,
• Utilize customer warranty systems to obtain, analyze, and report warranty costs and failure rate performance,
• Support all necessary activities to fully implement Valeo Strategies, processes and the 5 Axes.
  
  

What You Should Have~

• You are currently enrolled in an Engineering or Engineering Technology degree undergraduate or graduate program
• You have achieved at least Sophomore class status with your college or university
• If you have previous internship or co-op experience, that is a plus
