Day to Day Responsibilities:
The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).

Aditi Consulting LLC uses AI technology to engage candidates during the sourcing process. AI technology is used to gather data only and does not replace human-based decision making in employment decisions.
- Administrator making sure tools are managed properly.
- Communicate with designers and support the team regarding tool related issues.
- Administrate tooling for multifunctional design organization.
- Manage request intake, manage seat count, audit seat lists, and monitor usage as needed.
- Manage vendor contracts, renewal process, and contribute to the review of tool offerings and setup if needed.
- Support the Figma enterprise procurement process and implementation.
- Organize and collaborate with designers to optimize file and workspace organization.
- Monitor and administrate compliance and risk protocols for each vendor and inform the engagement manager and support resolution as needed.
- Support the design team with technical issues related to tooling access and work with tooling support teams to resolve issues.
- Setup integrations between project management and design tools, identify and implement automations in tools optimizing teams workstreams and communication.
- Masters or bachelor’s Degrees required
- 6-12 Years of Experience required
- Strong action Ability to have conversations with vendor
- Understanding of Vendor contracts (engagement or vendor manager background)
- Strong understanding of End to End product lifecycle
- Prior experience working with Designers / Design orgs
