Position Overview:


We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of projects related to our online social sweepstakes casino. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, exceptional organizational skills, and a passion for the social gaming industry. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


- Lead the planning and implementation of projects related to the online social sweepstakes casino.

- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.

- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.

- Monitor and track project progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders.

- Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.

- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.

- Conduct project evaluations and assess results.

- Facilitate effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and senior management.

- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting continuous improvement and innovation.

- Use market research to gather ideas for products that customers will want.

- Facilitate and strategize the design, development, marketing, and promotion of products.

- Manage a team of developers on the day-to-day running of the department.

- Define product marketing communication objectives.

- Provide analyses, reports, and define processes for operational needs of the organization.

- Identify and oversee the research needed to anticipate features that will captivate customers.

- Review and adjust inventory levels and product production schedules to maintain product availability.




Education & Experience/Qualifications:


- Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Proven working experience as a Project Manager in the gaming industry or a similar field is preferred.

- Strong understanding of online gaming, social casinos, and sweepstakes models is preferred.

- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.

- Strong leadership and team management abilities.

- Proficient in project management software tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.

- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is a plus.

- In-depth industry knowledge, including technical and market aspects, is crucial.

- Experienced interpersonal skills, being part of and managing a team.

- Familiar with fostering a collaborative environment, encouraging creativity and positive interactions among the team.

- Proactive thinker who can visualize enhanced products within the larger context of growth in the industry.

- Sincere interest in the customer experience and commitment to examining and resolving issues they encounter.

- Ability to successfully resolve customer predicaments and create comprehensive experiences that exceed their expectations.


Expected Hours of Work:


This is a full-time position. Workdays and hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with often requests for additional hours and/or some weekends, as needed and approved by the manager/supervisor.


Travel/Office Location:


Employees have the choice of working remotely or as otherwise required by the company. There is minimal to no travel associated with this role.
