Tire Rack’s Recommended Installer program is looking to add fantastic individuals to our team! Our Program Coordinators are a driven, people-centered group of professionals who play a vital role in bringing the best service solution to our customers!

These team members are responsible for cultivating vital relationships with installer partners and ensuring a smooth customer experience. The ideal candidate is a fantastic communicator who loves working with a dynamic team! If this sounds like a great fit, apply now!

What You Will Do:

  • Communicate with installer business partners;
  • Solve customer inquiries;
  • Provide a seamless on-boarding experience for new installer partners;
  • Recruit new members for a great team;
  • Collect customer experience data;

What We’re Looking For:

  • Excellent communication skills via email and phone;
  • Proven ability to learn quickly and effectively solve customer issues;
  • Goal-oriented personality, with a track record of persistence over time;
  • Acute attention to detail and never-ending curiosity;
  • Prior tire experience, preferred but not required;

Schedule:

  • Monday-Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm, plus one (1) Saturday per month from 9:00am - 4:00pm.
