Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Manager at Bio Nutraceutical. The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day production operations, managing production schedules, ensuring quality control, and coordinating with cross-functional teams. They will also be responsible for optimizing production processes, managing resources, and implementing safety protocols.
Qualifications
Proven experience in production management or a related role preferably in the nutraceutical industry
Strong knowledge of production processes and best practices
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
Effective communication and leadership abilities
Proficiency in MS Office and production management software
Experience in the nutraceutical or pharmaceutical industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field in. preferably experience in the production of tablets, capsules, powders, mixing and blending and packaging.
