JOB DESCRIPTION

Duties: Develop concise user stories and process flows that support the design and development of a CRM product. Work with feature teams to transform stories into technical design. Ensure that requirements meet the complex nature of the business while always focusing on the end user experience. Support testing cycles (UAT, regression, system, Prod Checkout). Apply critical thinking to identify and develop new ideas / innovations that will add value to the business and team. Develop business solutions using CRM tools. Prioritize multiple tasks and develop strong interdepartmental and cross-functional working relationships within a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

Minimum education and experience required: A three- or four-year Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems or related field of study plus 5 years of experience in the job offered as a Product Associate, Business System Analyst, or related occupation. The employer will alternatively accept a Master’s degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems or related field of study plus 3 years of experience in the job offered as a Product Associate, Business System Analyst, or related occupation.

Skills Required: Requires experience in the following: CRM; Agile product delivery; Salesforce; Salesforce CRM Administration; Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud Consultation; SQL Salesforce Developer Console Query writing; Salesforce DataLoader; Confluence Page and documentation creation; Jira Epic and Story Writing; UAT testing and documentation; Regression Testing; Business process mapping; Solution architecture design; Salesforce User Experience Design; Implementation Planning; and Story Mapping.

Job Location: 1111 Polaris Pkwy., Columbus, OH 43240. Telecommuting permitted up to 40% of the week.
