The Product Marketing Intern is part of the Product Marketing team within the Medical Affairs, Education and Products division. The Intern is responsible for (a) marketing operations and administration and (b) sales lead qualification and administration.
This full or part-time role works from a Kerecis office and reports to the Vice President of Product Management and Marketing.
Essential Functions
Keep sales tool and collateral inventory up to date (e.g., binders, brochures, flyers, etc.)
Assemble sales tools and collateral
Maintain accurate records of inventory, ensuring all marketing materials are well organized
Fulfill and ship orders for marketing materials promptly and accurately
Sales lead qualification and administration:
Build relationships with prospective customers through email and phone communications, with the goal of setting meetings with prospects and their respective sales professional
Utilize Pipedrive CRM to maintain accurate and organized records of leads and customer interactions
Ensure all data is up-to-date and correctly categorized
Reassign leads as necessary to ensure they are handled by the appropriate sales representative
Notify the sales team promptly about new prospects and provide relevant information to facilitate follow-up
Continuously update and enrich information within the CRM
Secondary Functions
Provide support to the marketing team as needed
Ensure the marketing room is clean, organized, and well-maintained
Collaborate with sales, marketing and other teams to develop and implement lead generation strategies

Education & Experience
Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
