About Us: We are a Promotional Products and Manufacturing company specializing in delivering high-quality promotional items to our clients. We are hiring for a Problem Resolution Specialist with office and account management experience. A sales-oriented mentality is a plus.

About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Problem Resolution Specialist to join our team. As a PRS, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by efficiently and effectively resolving major customer issues. We are looking for a detailed and empathetic individual with exceptional problem-solving and communication skills to be able to research and determine the cause and responsibility of each issue. Must be able to resolve and report findings.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers experiencing issues, having complaints or concerns.
  • Listen attentively to customer problems and thoroughly understand their needs and expectations
  • Analyze and assess customer issues to identify the root causes and determine appropriate solutions.
  • Provide prompt and accurate responses to customer issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as customer service, technical support, sales, production, QC, and shipping to gather necessary information and resources for issue resolution

  • Investigate and troubleshoot customer issues, utilizing available resources, and escalating complex problems to the appropriate departments.
  • Effectively communicate with customers; providing clear explanations of the resolution process and meet their requirements and company guidelines.
  • Offer necessary support in addressing customer escalation issues as needed.
  • Manage and resolve customer issues: listen, research, and obtain backup in order to resolve issues
  • Be able to jump in to Account Manager as substitute when needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management or customer service
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of sales and marketing principles
  • Ability to work independently and colcollaboratively in a team environment
