Position Description Overview

The President/Integrator is a key leader of the organization, working closely with the CEO and leadership team to create and execute the Company’s strategic plan. The President/Integrator is intimately involved in the day-to-day operations of the Company driving accountability for results in each department and resolving roadblocks and issues. Analyzing data and making adjustments on initiatives, projects, and plans to maximize the Company’s growth and profitability are key duties for this role. Customer retention and satisfaction, delivering compelling products and services, and preparing the Company for future growth are key objectives. This position reports directly to the CEO.

Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the CEO on long-term planning and short-term issues
  • Review metrics, financials, and custom reports to identify trends, concerns, and insights on the state of the business and recommending and implementing actions to drive revenue and company value
  • Facilitate the weekly management L10 meeting
  • Completing assigned projects to improve company operations and value
  • Assist direct reports with key escalations and issues raised by partners and merchants
  • Vendor management
  • Coach and develop direct reports
  • Other duties as assigned by the CEO

Job Requirements

  • 7 – 10 years in an operations leadership role (VP or higher); managing or close involvement with all aspects of a business (HR, IT, accounting, sales, operations) is a plus
  • Experience in FinTech strongly preferred (merchant services, point of sale systems, SaaS) strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated project management skills
  • Ability to collaborate and work with multiple teams/departments simultaneously
  • Experience leading distributed teams
  • Ability to lead the Company through change and growth
  • Conflict resolution and negotiating skills
  • Advanced process improvement and critical thinking skills.
  • Desire to work in a collaborative, team-based environment
