**Responsibilities:**

  • Serve as the primary liaison between our clinic and referring physicians.
  • Coordinate and facilitate effective communication between healthcare providers, patients, and our clinic.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with referring physicians and other healthcare professionals.
  • Actively promote our services to enhance referral patterns and ensure seamless patient care.
  • Organize engaging presentations, meetings, and luncheons with healthcare professionals.
  • Provide insightful feedback and reports on referral trends and physician satisfaction.


**Qualifications:**

  • Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).
  • Experience in Worker's Compensation and Industrial Rehabilitation is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficiency in using computer software and electronic health records (EHR) systems.
