Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Support of the Identity Management Security (IMS) Aggregator/Partner Support Management team and leadership team with various tasks including but not limited to:


  • Representative of the Identity Management Security (IMS) division
  • Calendar management for the IMS Aggregator/Partner Support Management team and leadership
  • IMS Management communications and coordination with Aggregator/Partner executives
  • Meeting and event planning as necessary
  • Prepare presentations in Google slides & PowerPoint, utilizing data from Google sheets & Excel
  • Maintain up-to-date Aggregator/Partner statistical charts, contact lists and email lists
  • Coordinate team meetings and events
  • Assist with audio, visual, and web conferencing, ensuring the effectiveness of meetings
  • Assist team with special projects as needed
  • Should be able to generate and share reports as required by Aggregator/Partner
  • Prepare standard operating procedure documents for repetitive tasks
  • Work as part of a wider project team or independently function as a partner support representative
  • Take ownership and accountability for individual deliverables
  • You will partner with the Aggregator/Partner representatives to accelerate their desired outcomes through best practice guidance and adoption
  • Articulate their long-term and short-term goals and how they connect to the bigger picture of Broadcom business
  • Identifying the Aggregator/Partner knowledge gaps that need to be resolved and working on a structured engagement plans with the Aggregators and/or Partners


Skills/Requirements


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Adaptable and progressive learner with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences
  • Ability to work independently and work collaboratively in a team environment
  • An active listener with excellent and confident communication and people skills with an ability to read complex customer situations and adapt as needed
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) skills
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Project Management skills ( or training underway and to be completed within 6 months)
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the demonstrated ability to anticipate executive’s needs
  • Strong calendar management skills
  • Proficiency in gSuite collaboration tools and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Must have strong initiative, self-motivation, and high standards of excellence
  • Ability to work successfully in a team environment and build effective working relationships
  • Exercise discretion and judgment in handling highly sensitive and confidential information
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks with accuracy and achieve deadlines under pressure
  • Must have outstanding attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a deadline-driven environment
  • Must be proactive and have strong follow-through


Experience: Bachelor's Degree and 8+ years of related experience

Additional Job Description:

Compensation And Benefits

The annual base salary range for this position is $84,000 - $135,000

This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
