Partner + team required - $350k base + 30% bonus + equity

Our client is a PE backed $500M Revenue management consultancy providing digital transformation services to a variety of Fortune 500 clients. This new role reports to the CEO and is responsible for providing services to a wide range of verticals.

The role:-

• A focus on data transformation, AI, cloud & advanced analytics
• A mix of Business Development, Account Management & Team leadership
• The client is looking for a Partner with an existing portable client base and a team willing to join them

The ideal candidate will have:

• Over 12 years consulting experience in a leadership role
• Experience running engagements and driving desired outcomes
• An entrepreneurial mindset including the ability to uncover new opportunities
• The ability to establish credibility internally and with clients

The client is private equity backed and has a growth agenda to double revenues in the next 5 years via organic growth, team lifts and acquisitions.

The base salary on offer is around $350,000 plus 30% bonus, benefits and equity participation.
