Ready to play a pivotal role in our real estate operations? We're on the hunt for an Operations Manager to spearhead our quest for efficiency, productivity, and profitability. Responsibilities:

  • Nurture our team of contractors and third-party vendors to deliver top-notch performance, ensuring each renovation exceeds expectations.
  • Take the reins on our marketing endeavors and cultivate relationships with wholesalers, real estate agents, and investors, fortifying our network.
  • Master the art of property valuation and underwriting, transforming data into a finely-tuned profit engine.
  • Lead or coordinate property walkthroughs and inspections, ensuring every exploration leads to success.
  • Develop comprehensive packages with disposition options, devising strategies to elevate our sales performance.
  • Monitor key performance indicators, proactively seeking solutions to overcome challenges.

Please note that this role offers compensation through a commission-based structure.

Job Type: Full-time (Part-time initially within 90 days to assist in launching the business.)

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, with weekdays as the primary focus.
  • Weekends, if opportunities warrant attention.

Pay: $51,662.02 - $150,000.00 per year
