As the Office Manager, you are the glue that holds it together in each of our restaurants! You’ll contribute to the restaurant’s overall success, in partnership with the General Manager and Restaurant Support Center, by providing support and executing a range of administrative and human resource related duties. You’ll also assist in Guest relations and provide clerical support and financial tasks relating to processing invoices and mail distribution. As a Cooper’s Hawk brand ambassador, you will be a trusted liaison with Team Members, Managers, and Vendors.

What You’ll Do
Oversee and maintain all tasks related to the back-office procedures and administrative systems
Track and manage marketing; place restaurant and office supply orders
Calculate and allocate tips to all servers and bartenders based on daily cash reconciliation
Take steps to ensure invoices and bills are paid in a timely manner and involve department managers as needed
Process vacation requests and other payroll-related matters
Manage donation requests
Be responsible for daily Wine Club Membership data entry
Answer phone calls and assist guests while utilizing the reservation system
Distribute mail
Manage daily interactions with team members and be responsible for answering policy, payroll and benefits questions; share information and execute policy changes
Assist Management team with screening applications and processing pre- and post-employment paperwork for hourly team members
Assist with onboarding new managers and train office assistant to act as backup on the weekends/vacations
Track health and safety certifications for Team Members and Managers; ensure required policies are posted and updated
Represent company values and create a respectful, positive and professional work environment
Maintain back-office organization, cleanliness and security
Maintains a professional image by adhering to guidelines listed in the Team Member Handbook
What You’ll Need
6 months of supervisory and/or cash handling experience required; restaurant or retail industry experience preferred.
A minimum age requirement of 18 years
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Manages competing priorities under strict deadlines, must have problem solving skills and attention to detail
Commitment to creating Community with Team Members and Guests
Ability to read, understand and communicate in English
Demonstrates financial and business acumen with strong interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Must be able to work up to 40 hours per week
