Non Executive Director

Board Appointments, on behalf of an award-winning digital product organisation, is seeking to appoint a dedicated strategic and visionary Non-Executive Director to join the board.

Essential Criteria:

Necessary Experience, Skills, and Attributes:

• Extensive background in the agency, product, and innovation sectors.
• Demonstrated success in mentoring individuals at the CEO level.
• Expertise in business turnaround and scaling operations.
• Strong foundation in US business practices with experience in global companies.
• Exceptional commercial insight with extensive industry networking skills, facilitating business development and recruitment for the organisation.
• Proven capability to critically assess and effectively oversee company strategy and its evolution.
• Ability to identify and address long-term opportunities and challenges.
• Experience in promoting diversity within organizations.

Other desirable criteria:

• Experience working in an employee-owned company.
• Knowledge of B Corp certification and practices.
