Music Researcher Assistant's Needed (Remote Role)

The Research Assistant position is an entry-level music business opportunity.

• Remote role but MUST BE LOCAL to Los Angeles County, San Fernando Valley, Ventura County, Santa Clarita Valley or Orange County for in office trainings and meetings when needed.
  
  
  

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• On job experience/internships with music publishing, music licensing, music royalties and or music copyrighting.
• Degree in Music or Music Certificate (NOTHING CREATIVE).
• Working knowledge of various artists, music genres, styles and terminology strongly preferred.
  
  
  

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Database matching of song and release details using on-line research of song and release information.
• Data review and update for database of music administration records.
• Service Customer Inquiries as required.
• Heavy Volume research and data entry.
• Deadline driven environment.
• Data entry experience with strong computer navigation and keyboarding skills required.
• Ability to self-motivate and engage in critical thinking while focusing on small details and repetitive task.
