Provide administrative support for marketing initiatives, such as organizing files, scheduling meetings, and maintaining marketing materials.
Be an additional resource for the Marketing Department, with an ability to adapt to new projects when needed.
Assist in the planning and execution of department events, including logistic coordination and on-site support.
Organize and maintain Creative Studio and all photography needs for upcoming photoshoots.
Collect and ship product and materials for photoshoots and marketing needs, ensuring all regulatory standards are maintained.
Collaborate with team members to brainstorm ideas, develop creative concepts, and contribute to campaign planning.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Enthusiasm for learning and willingness to take on new challenges.
This position will be based in Boston, MA.
Required to be in office 4 days per week.
