Manufacturing Maintenance Manager

Job Description

Talento Search Group has an opening for a Manufacturing Maintenance Manager in Williamstown, KY. This is a direct-hire position and the salary range is $75,000-$85,000 per year, depending on experience.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Develop and improve manufacturing methods
• Automate processes to reduce labor
• Purchase maintenance/repair materials
• Estimate production time and labor requirements
• Apply statistical methods to determine future requirements and plant capacity
• Improve manufacturing methods
• Perform root cause analysis of manufacturing process issues
• Assist in installing, servicing, troubleshooting and repairng of production equipment
• Be responsible for the plant maintenance department
  
  

Experience Needed:

• Degree from technical school is preferred
• At least 5 years of recent experience in manufacturing maintenance
• At least 3 years of management experience
• Knowledge of Allen Bradley or Siemens PLC systems
