Sound Knowledge in Medical device Manufacturing Processes
Good track record in Video time observation process and developing Method sheets
Strong experience in developing operational methods like SOP, Work Instructions, Gemba according to required work.
Working experience in conducting Process Audits with the Procedures and Identify Gaps
Skill in coordinating with the customer and Offshore team for work instruction creation activities
Perform quality check on the deliverables from offshore and ensure quality output
Co – ordinate with Off – shore team.
Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or manufacturing discipline
Experience In ISO-13485 Certified And CGMP Organizations Preferred.
7 Years experience to lead and drive the Process Mapping, Work Instruction creation, Document Verification, Process Audits, Process improvement Projects, VA/NVA analysis, Medical device manufacturing.
