DVS Advisory Group is seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Managing Partner to lead our CPA firm acquisition and integration strategy in the US. This role is crucial for our expansion and consolidation plans, focusing on identifying, acquiring, and integrating mid-sized CPA firms into the DVS platform.

• Acquisition Leadership: Identify, evaluate, and acquire suitable CPA firms, virtual accounting firms, and accounting practices that align with DVS’s strategic goals and financial parameters.
• Integration Management: Oversee the seamless integration of acquired firms into the DVS platform, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and culture.
• Operational Oversight: Manage the operations of the acquired firms, ensuring they meet performance targets and comply with regulatory requirements.
• Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with DVS leadership to develop and implement strategic plans for the US market expansion.
• Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including firm owners, clients, and internal teams, to facilitate smooth transitions and ongoing success.
• Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges in the US CPA industry.
• Performance Monitoring: Regularly review and report on the performance of acquired firms, making recommendations for improvements and growth strategies.
  

• Experience: Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in the US CPA industry, with a proven track record in acquiring and integrating CPA or accounting firms.
• Education: CPA or equivalent accounting qualification.
• Entrepreneurial Mindset: Strong entrepreneurial spirit with the ambition and drive to grow and innovate within the organization.
• Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
