Responsibilities
Lead enterprise-wide programs and projects for client engagements with responsibilities to establish governance routines and lead the company and client teams to achieve successful outcomes
Ensure the project issues and risks are identified, quantified, managed, tracked and ensuring these items are appropriately communicated and escalated when necessary
Perform competitor/industry research leveraging both public and non-public sources
Monitor industry statistics and follows trends in trade literature
Participate in conducting internal and external interviews independently
Prepare reports of findings, illustrating data graphically and translating complex findings into written text
Devise and evaluate methods and procedures for collecting data
Manage up and communicate status with mid-level and senior-level managers
Structure and build quantitative and qualitative/conceptual analyses
Develop and communicate recommendations
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree
Experience: 3-5 years of related experience in management consulting
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin
Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively – both verbally and in writing – in English and Mandarin
Active listening and critical thinking abilities
Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
Demonstrated aptitude for analytics
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization and across cultures
