Responsibilities:

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of machine learning engineers and data scientists.

- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of machine learning models to improve digital marketing campaigns and strategies.

- Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights and inform marketing decisions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, data science, and engineering, to identify opportunities for applying machine learning.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning and AI, and incorporate these into our digital marketing practices.

- Conduct A/B testing and other experimental designs to optimize model performance.

- Implement and maintain scalable machine learning pipelines and workflows.

- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of machine learning models and make improvements as needed.

- Drive the strategic vision for machine learning initiatives within the digital marketing domain.

- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.

Skills/Experience:

Required Qualifications:

- At least 5 years of experience in machine learning and AI, with a focus on applications in digital marketing.

- Proven experience in a managerial or leadership role.

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.

- Strong experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).

- Solid understanding of statistical methods and data analysis techniques.

- Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.

- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, SEO tools).

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.

- Strong communication skills to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and deep learning techniques.

- Proven track record of developing and deploying machine learning models in a production environment.

- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

- Experience in project management and leading machine learning projects from concept to deployment.

- Strong organizational and leadership skills with a strategic mindset.

Education:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.

Salary Range: 175-225K Target
