Recruit, train, and mobilize people to play a role on the Production Team. Manage the set-up, implementation, operation and maintenance of equipment as it pertains to live events at the location, including Sunday services.
GENERAL DUTIES
Manage and maintain scheduling of production volunteers for weekly services, special events and campus productions
Maintenance of all production equipment
Recruit, train, and mobilize people to play a role on the Production Team
Develop further trainings to improve production team member competencies
Manage the set-up, connection, implementation, and teardown of all AVL equipment from load-into load-out used for services or special events
Confirm and/or design lighting for services or special events
Support central production needs and events
Support campus launch production needs
Be able to fill any production role if needed
