This postition can be location in our Administrative Services Center in East Petersburg. (near Lancaster PA) or at City Line Plaza in Bethlehem, PA

Hours are Monday – Friday 800-430

Must be willing to work overtime.

Coordinates the workflow and daily operations of their respective teams within the Loan Operations department. Provides support to the Loam Operations Manager; offering coverage in the Loan Operations Manager's absence. Assists with workload when necessary.

  • Monitors and assesses daily workflow and work distribution, reprioritizes as needed. Elevates resource concerns and employee issues to the Loan Operations Manager. Compiles, analyzes and reports volumes and productivity to the Loan Operations Manager. Provides feedback to the Loan Operations Manager for performance appraisals and address issues as needed. Independently schedules and facilitates team meetings, as appropriate.
  • Handles more complex transactions and research items. Assists employees with their job responsibilities when the workload is heavy.
  • Assists Loan Operations Manager in reviewing existing operating procedures, recommends changes and ensures proper implementation of the approved changes. Updates manuals as needed to reflect changes implemented. Communicates procedure changes to staff and affected departments. Works with Loan Operations Manager to review and test new technologies and system changes to increase efficiency and productivity without sacrificing quality.
  • Ensure team adherence with ISP standard, performing activities when necessary to aid team performance.
  • Ensures that staff is adequately trained by scheduling training on systems utilized by their team and through on the job training, providing cross training of all functions of the team.
  • Responsible for verification and authorization for bank checks, when appropriate.


Education

High School Diploma or equivalent. (Required)

Experience

2 or more years Banking. (Required)

1 Year Or More Of Supervision (Preferred)

Specific compensation offered will be determined based on a combination of factors including the candidate’s knowledge, skills, depth of work experience, and relevant licenses/credentials. The salary range may vary based on geographic location.

The hourly rate for this position is $18.25 - $27.16.
