LIMS LabVantage Business & Validation Analyst – (Contract) – Remote Pacific Coast Time

Leading Biopharmaceutical Organization seeks a remote LabVantage Business Analyst and Validation Consultant to work Pacific Time hours on a 6-month contract with likely extensions. The ideal candidate must have extensive LabVantage version 8 expertise, specifically on an upgrade project. Additionally, this person is required to have prior experience as a Business Analyst, authoring documentation and supporting users, performing CSV validation to include IQ, OQ and PQ Scripting as well as LabVantage ELN. Ideally this individual would have utilized LV Stability, Raw Materials and LV Connect.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting within both areas of business analysis and validation on a LabVantage v 8.4 upgrade to v 8.8.
• Serving as business analyst and performing validation by providing documentation, project scope, reporting, potential unit testing and scripting.
• Working with users to gather requirements, creating new and improved workflows and assisting with any other system needs, while authoring business requirements, workflow processes, validation documentation and more.
• Performing CSV Validation to include IQ, OQ and PQ scripting.
• Documentation writing, updating, routing, unit testing scripting and project coordination and completion.

Requirements:

• US/Canadian Citizenship or Green Card holder.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Ability to work Pacific Coast hours.
• 4+ years Business Analysis within LabVantage, with version 8 or higher
• 4+ years documentation, CSV validation and scripting (IQ, OQ and PQ) experience within highly regulated environments.
• A full LabVantage v8 upgrade from start to finish.
• Experience in BA and Validation within instrument interfacing, Chain of Custody, Stability, LV Connect, Raw Materials, and LV ELN.
• A can-do attitude with the ability to drive projects timelines and be a team player.
• A strong communicator who is detail oriented, with strong technical writing skills.
