K-12 Manager RFPs and State Adoptions

Kendall Hunt Publishing is looking for a K-12 Manager, RFPs and State Adoptions to support sales staff in acquiring sales and market knowledge, skills, and information that enable them to grow our business. A priority of the SEM is establishing sustainable processes for key sales activities, automating high lift tasks with the goal of making sales actions more efficient and more effective. This position will be based in our home office in Dubuque, Iowa.

In A Typical Work Week, K-12 Manager of RFPs and State Adoptions Will...

• Evaluate and make decisions on open RFPs and state adoptions to understand requirements and for relevance to our product line.
• Organize multiple requests for proposals and responses. Collecting data from archives or cross functional teams to develop and write the proposal submission.
• Develop and execute strategies for timely submission that enable the K12 sales team to focus on increasing market share and generating revenue.
• Establish processes and best practices that will maximize our win ratio
• Manage RFP specialist and Sales support time and efficiency.
• Maintain and update proposal content library
• Support catalog bids and other proposal tasks as needed
