Job Title: Java Support role

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to resolve issues within multiple components of critical business systems.
• Analyse, troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application functionality, performance, and availability .
• Collaborate with development teams to identify root cause and provide solutions to recurring issues .
• Ensure that all incidents are tracked and resolved within the agreed-upon SLAs .
• Monitor system performance and identify potential issues before they impact the production environment - Develop and maintain documentation for support processes and procedures .
• Participate in on-call rotation and provide support during non-business hours

Mandatory Skills:

• Previous experience in Java Support based projects
• Strong knowledge of Core Java good to have Spring boot framework and Spring Batch
• Hands on experience in web services (REST/SOAP)
• Exposure to basic querying skills using SQL and PL/SQL

Mandatory Skills Description:- 5-6 years of experience.

• Strong working experience in Support Incidents and Bug fixes.
• High level Understanding of different database systems like Oracle, SQL Server.
• Good troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently and directly with the client.
• Basic understanding of AWS or AZURE based cloud experience.
• Should have good communication and presentation skills.

Location: Pittsburgh, PA

Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $90,000 – $115,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
