ORC is seeking a full-time, exempt IT Support Manager to be based in the Charlotte, NC area. The selected candidate will work remotely from their home office and report to the Charlotte office as needed.

What you will be doing:
As the IT Support Manager, you will be responsible for the successful technical implementation and outcomes of all IT support projects and tasks. Candidate will be responsible for day-to-day management of the IT technical directive which includes monitoring department budget, conducting department audits, and identifying and implementing department process improvements. The selected candidate will manage ORC's internal IT Support Staff which will include all department projects, support tickets, and performance of direct reports. The IT Support Manager will play an integral part in developing and managing Service-Level Agreements (SLA) and supporting recruiting efforts.

Here are the minimum requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or Business Administration
Minimum of 6 years of direct work experience as a System Administrator
Experience must include handling complex projects and tasks such as server infrastructure, email configuration/migration, web hosting and administration
Minimum of 3 years of supervising and growing direct reports in an IT Support department
Direct work experience executing tenant-to-tenant Office 365 migrations and end user support
Must be technologically proficient with Microsoft Windows 10+, Microsoft Exchange, Office 365/Azure Advanced Management, and network monitoring tools
Must be technologically proficient with MDM, scripting/automation, and security tools
Must have an iOS or Android smartphone to be able to access ORC's systems
Valid driver’s license
Bonus points if you have a Master’s degree in Information Systems or Business Administration and/or Current or past Project Management certifications

Able to read, understand and interpret department related documents and data. Able to make quick decisions, present to staff and clients, have difficult conversations and supervise staff. The employee is required to move about inside the office to access files, office equipment and to interact with other members of the staff. This role requires the employee to travel regularly to meet with clients or vendors which involves time driving; sometimes for long durations. While meeting with clients and vendors, will need to be outdoors traversing different types of landscapes. May be exposed to the elements (heat, rain, snow, cold).
