Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and successfully complete IT projects within the allotted timeline and budget within the IT department
Develop and define project goals, scope, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
Create comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients and other staff members
Lead and coordinate project staff and resources to ensure project milestones are met and quality standards are upheld
Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables
Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum of three years of project management experience, preferably in the automotive industry
Proven track record of managing all aspects of a project life cycle
Experience in strategic planning, risk management, or change management
Strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage complex projects across various departments
Strong working knowledge of MS Office and project management tools
Agile methodology exposure
Working knowledge of change management and performance evaluation processes
Education/Certifications:
Bachelor's degree in IT, business administration, management, engineering, OR related field is preferred
Master's degree or an advanced certification, such as Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, is preferred
The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $100,000. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, and qualifications.
