Roles And Responsibilities

International Trade and Regulations:
Advise clients on international trade policies, tariffs, customs regulations, and compliance requirements.
Assist in navigating import/export procedures, trade agreements, and regulatory frameworks in different countries.
Global Expansion Planning:
Collaborate with clients to formulate comprehensive global expansion plans aligned with business objectives and market opportunities.
Provide strategic recommendations on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships internationally.
Risk Assessment and Mitigation:
Conduct risk assessments to identify geopolitical, economic, and operational risks associated with international business activities.
Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans to safeguard client investments and operations.
