The primary responsibility of an Integration Implementation Specialist is to install 3rd party Interfaces, provide training on those interfaces and provide ongoing related support to customers and vendors. This includes communicating with customers and vendors on project scope and related topics, scheduling calls with customer and vendor contacts, investigating and resolving issues and providing training materials in a reasonable time frame.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Work with team leaders and colleagues on meeting team and individual objectives.
Work closely with Project/Account Managers on customer-specific initiatives that involve troubleshooting, support or potential custom modifications.
Work independently to coordinate and solve highly complex technical data communication and integration issues.
Maintain knowledge on the products through self-education, McLeod driven training courses, Product Development Sprint calls and other resources.
Troubleshoot technical issues related to data transformation and flow.
Analyze customer data specifications and provide gap analysis.
Conduct Remote training sessions with customers on integrations modules.
Create or maintain documentation for future reference, training and support purposes.
Provide customers or internal teams with support on technical integration issues.
Communicate with customers to clarify integration and implementation requirements.
Qualifications
Skilled knowledge and experience developing and maintaining data communication systems and architecture.
Basic knowledge of XML and Java.
Degree in a related field and/or industry certifications preferred
A working knowledge of the Transportation Industry preferred
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products, Database operations, SQL
Experience mapping data structures.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills to troubleshoot data flow processes.
Must be able to handle multiple projects at one time and be results-oriented.
Must work well both independently and in a team environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
Education
Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience.
Ability to travel approximately 5-10%.
