About Us: Table 87 is a renowned frozen pizza manufacturing company committed to delivering high-quality, delicious frozen pizzas to our customers. We are expanding our team and are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Inside Sales Account Manager to join us.
Job Summary: The Inside Sales Account Manager will play a crucial role in maintaining and growing our customer base. This position requires a proactive and organized individual who can handle customer orders, route drivers, facilitate communication between customers and the main office, generate new leads, close on new product placements, and maintain accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Orders:
Act as the primary point of contact for customer orders.
Receive and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Ensure all customer orders are entered into the system and confirmed with the customer.
Routing Drivers:
Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.
Develop and maintain delivery schedules and routes.
Communicate delivery instructions and changes to drivers.
Customer Communication:
Maintain regular communication with customers to provide updates on orders and deliveries.
Address customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally.
Serve as a liaison between customers and the main office to ensure smooth operations.
Lead Generation:
Identify and generate new account leads through various channels, including online research, industry events, and networking.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential customers.
Sales and Product Placement:
Present and promote Table 87 products to potential and existing customers.
Negotiate and close deals on new product placements.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.
Record Maintenance:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, sales activities, and delivery schedules.
Prepare regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends.
Ensure all documentation is organized and easily accessible.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales, marketing, and production teams to align strategies and achieve common goals.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in an inside sales or customer service role.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in using CRM software
Knowledge of the food industry, particularly frozen foods, is a plus.
Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets.
