Job Summary: The HVAC Proposals Representative prepares and presents HVAC service and repair proposals to clients, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Proposal Preparation: Develop detailed HVAC proposals, including scope, pricing, and timelines.
Client Interaction: Present proposals, address questions, and follow up with clients.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain proposal records, review and follow-up with clients on submitted Proposals.
Qualifications:
3+ years in HVAC or related industry.
Strong understanding of HVAC terminology
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Knowledge of ServiceChannel, Fexa, Corrigo and other facility-related software a plus (if not, we’ll train).
