Who You Are

Zinnia is on the hunt for a Graphic Designer to bring our visual identity to life across our brand. The Graphic Designer will ensure Zinnia’s consistent visual identity across sales materials, marketing collateral, and organic content. They will work on the Creative team and report to the Design Lead. This is a chance to join a growing team and help make Zinnia a world-class brand experience.

What You’ll Do

• Support the Sales team and account managers to ensure that our brand is consistently represented in key sales enablement materials including presentation decks, one sheeter and more.
• Support the visual design of marketing collateral; inclusive of conference materials and booth designs, social media posts and more
• Support our content initiatives with the development of thought leadership white papers, blog posts and more.
• Support the design of internal branded projects including working with our People team, learning and development platform, employee resource groups, and more.
• Work with stakeholders to understand the impact that your design work has on key business goals and actively apply those learnings to future creative you develop.
• Support the implementation and evolution of our brand guidelines
• Collaborate with other designers, welcome feedback from our team, and be an evangelist for design at Zinnia.
• Support additional brand requests for internal teams
• Follow design trends, with an eye toward experimentation with emerging tools and techniques.
  
  

What You’ll Need

• You have 3+ years’ prior design experience. Experience with an in-house design team preferred
• You have a portfolio of your work with sales and marketing collateral examples (may include presentations, marketing collateral and social media,)
• You’re familiar with an agile workflow and comfortable speaking to your design decisions.
• You love the opportunity to bring our visual identity to life, conceptually. You know how to make a brand not just beautiful, but distinct and memorable.
• You're proficient with design tools including Figma, Adobe CC, Google Suite, Microsoft Office. After Effects is a plus.
• Sophisticated design aesthetic with a passion for typography, strong composition skills, and an understanding of grids and color theory
• Ability to work on multiple projects at once
• You're comfortable in a very fast-paced environment, and balance high standards with knowing when “good enough” is sufficient.
