Description
The Grants Program Officer reports to the Director, Strategic Partnerships & Initiatives, Health Equity & Medicaid, and will serve as a thought partner and collaborator in translating strategy to effective grants practice. Additionally, the Grants Program Officer will interface directly with other health equity leadership, internal and external partners, and grantees.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a Related Field
- 5 years Experience working with nonprofits, foundations or public-sector agencies with a grantmaking or subcontracting function
- Experience managing and augmenting a grants management system (Salesforce/FoundationConnect platform a plus).
- Experience handling sensitive information.
